STRAWBERRY ICE-CREAM

Preparation time:45 minutes No cooking Serve 10 to 12
6 doz strawberries.
350 grams fresh cream.
6 teaspoon milk.
1  teaspoon sugar.(approx)
Slice 10 strawberries.Srinkle a little sugar over them and keep for decoration.
Mash the rest of the strawberries very well.Add the sugar and mix well.
Add the cream and milk into it.
Prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.
Now ready to serve.
Serve decorated with sliced strawberries.
